Shirley Tse is an Edmonton-based photographer specializing in lifestyle, culture, and event portraiture. Her obsession with documenting the life around her through just a click of a button began with her dad’s old 50 mm film camera when she was 10 years old. From that point on, she was hooked.
Her love for photography has also transferred into a passion for videography, and in 2007 she graduated with honours from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology's television broadcasting program.
Shirley’s photographs have been published in Edmonton Journal, The Sun, Exposure Festival, BeatRoute, Exclaim Music Magazine, and on album covers for Grim Empire record label.
She enjoys sunsets, indie pop music, coffee, and long walks by the river valley with her camera in hand.
